Anti-Fraud Policy
Effective Date: April 2, 2026 | Index Active
1. The Zero-Tolerance Commitment
AffiliateDuniya™ operates with an absolute zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. In the performance marketing industry, trust is the highest currency. Our proprietary millisecond-level routing engine and tracking systems are specifically engineered to detect, isolate, and block invalid traffic in real-time, protecting advertiser budgets and maintaining network integrity.
2. Strictly Prohibited Activities
Any attempt to artificially inflate clicks, leads, or sales is considered a direct violation. Prohibited methodologies include, but are not limited to:
- Bot Traffic: Utilizing scripts, scrapers, or automated click generators.
- Cookie Stuffing: Dropping tracking cookies on a user's device without their explicit click or interaction.
- Incentivized Traffic: Offering cash, points, or rewards to users for completing an action on campaigns that explicitly forbid incentivized traffic.
- Click Spamming & Ad Injection: Hijacking browsers or flooding the network with fake clicks to claim organic conversions.
- Proxy/VPN Abuse: Attempting to mask geographic locations to bypass Geo-targeting rules.
3. The Enterprise Firewall Analysis
Our backend continuously scans traffic patterns. We analyze Conversion Rates (CR), Click-Through Rates (CTR), time-to-conversion, and IP reputations. If a publisher's traffic profile falls outside acceptable human variance, our system will automatically flag the account for manual audit.
4. Consequences of Fraudulent Activity
If a publisher is found guilty of violating this Anti-Fraud Policy, AffiliateDuniya will execute the following actions without negotiation:
- Immediate and permanent suspension of the Publisher account.
- Absolute forfeiture of all pending commissions and wallet balances.
- Full refund of the defrauded budget back to the affected Advertisers.
- Potential sharing of the publisher's details with international fraud blacklists and legal authorities.
