1. Acceptance of Enterprise Terms
By registering, accessing, or utilizing the AffiliateDuniya™ tracking infrastructure, APIs, or Publisher Dashboard, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to comply with these terms. Our platform is engineered for high-performance marketing, and we expect all partners (Publishers, Advertisers, and Agencies) to uphold the highest global industry standards.
2. Publisher & Creator Guidelines
AffiliateDuniya maintains a strict code of conduct for traffic generation. As a publisher on our network, you agree to the following:
- Traffic must be generated through legitimate, user-initiated actions.
- The use of bots, forced clicks, misleading advertisements, cookie-stuffing, or automated click-farms is strictly prohibited.
- Brand-bidding on search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads) is not allowed unless explicit written authorization is provided by the advertiser.
- All promotional materials (creatives, banners, email copy) must comply with local and international advertising laws (including FTC guidelines).
3. Enterprise Firewall & Traffic Quality
Our backend utilizes a millisecond-level routing engine and an Enterprise Firewall. AffiliateDuniya reserves the right to automatically redirect, block, or nullify traffic that our systems flag as invalid, mismatched geographically, or originating from proxy/VPN IP addresses. Advertisers will not be billed for, and publishers will not be credited for, traffic that fails our quality assurance checks.
4. Payouts, Billing & Financial Terms
We process payments according to the agreed-upon schedule assigned to your account (e.g., Net-15, Net-30, Bi-weekly). Minimum payout thresholds apply as indicated in your dashboard.
- AffiliateDuniya reserves the right to withhold payouts indefinitely if fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or advertiser disputes are detected.
- Publishers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details (Wire Transfer, PayPal, Crypto wallets) and bear any associated transfer fees.
- Taxes and compliance liabilities rest solely with the Publisher.
5. Termination of Services
AffiliateDuniya may suspend or terminate any account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or acted in a manner detrimental to our brand or our advertisers.
