1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Eligible Cases (Request within 24 Hours of Delivery)

Customers may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order in the following cases:

a) Damaged or Defective Product

If the product received is damaged, broken, or not functioning as intended:

  • Clear images and/or videos showing the damage or defect must be provided

  • Original packaging and invoice must be retained

  • An unboxing video showing untampered packaging is mandatory


b) Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what was ordered:

  • Share a photo of the invoice with the order number visible

  • Provide images of the incorrect product received

  • Submit an unboxing video for verification


c) Missing Item in the Order

If any item is missing from your delivered package:

  • Provide a copy/photo of the invoice

  • Share images of all items received

  • Submit an unboxing video clearly showing the contents


2. Non-Returnable Items (Category-Based Exceptions)

To maintain hygiene, safety, and fairness, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened, used, or seal-broken products

Fashion (Clothing, Footwear, Accessories)

  • Returns or exchanges due to size or fit issues

Health & Wellness Products

  • Supplements, medical devices, or wellness items once opened or used

Gadgets & Electronics

  • Products with broken seals or signs of use (unless manufacturing defect)

Personalized / Spiritual Products

  • Custom-made or personalized items, including engraved or made-to-order products

Kids & Pets Products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as baby care tools, teethers, feeders, or similar products


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share required proof (images, invoice, and unboxing video)

  3. Securely pack the product with original packaging and tags intact

  4. Pickup will be arranged (subject to eligibility)

  5. Product undergoes quality verification before approval

📌 Return Shipping Fee:
A return shipping fee of up to ₹200 may apply for refund or exchange requests, unless stated otherwise in the product or offer terms.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval

  • Refunds are issued through:

    • Original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.), or

    • Store Credit (recommended for faster processing)

For faster refunds in special cases, bank details (Account Name, Number, IFSC) may be requested.


5. Exchange Process

  • Approved exchanges are dispatched after successful quality checks

  • Replacement products are shipped on priority, subject to availability


6. Special Product-Specific Conditions

Beauty & Health Products

  • No returns if seals are opened (unless defective)

  • Customers are advised to review product details carefully before purchase

Fashion Products

  • No size-based exchanges

  • Manufacturing defects or stitching issues are eligible for return

Gadgets & Electronics

  • Replacement-only policy for manufacturing defects, subject to verification

Promotional or Discounted Products
